    The total amount of options (shares) received as part of your allocation.
    There can be multiple allocations received by your company throughout your career.

  • What is a “Strike Price”?

    The term strike price refers to the price of the options at the time they are allocated.

  • What is an “Allocation Value”?

    The term allocation value refers to the price of the options at the time they are allocated.
    This number is based on:

    ( total allocated options x strike price )

  • What is a “Strike Value”?

    A strike value is the total projected value at which the shares are now worth based on the current market value of Maropost.
    Similar to strike price this is based on:

    ( total allocated options x current market value share price ) = Strike Value

  • What is a “Current Valuation”?

    The current Valuation is the total amount of shares, minus your initial allocation value.
    This value is based on:

    ( allocation value ) – ( strike value )

  • What is a “Net Gain”?

    A net gain is the total projected value at based on:

    ( total allocated options x strike price ) – ( total allocated share price x current market value share price – $1.70 )

    Depending on if you have more than 1 allocation, we then add up your total current values to arrive at the total net gain.
